When you sign up we have to manually put you in a discounted pricing group. You will then receive an email letting you know it has been done. We try to do this as soon as we see it come through but if you are placing a large order we suggest sending us an email first to check your discount has been applied. We only check when you sign up for an account so if you are already registered and change to sign up please let us know. Unfortunatley we have no other way of knowing as we get no notification.
